We're grateful for all the wonderful memories at our previous location, where families and friends gathered to enjoy happy hour specials, watch sports, play air hockey and foosball, and celebrate with Wednesday Karaoke and Hot Wing Night plus our famous Funky Fried Chicken Fridays. While we're no longer operating as a restaurant and bar, we're excited to continue serving our community through catering services. Birdie's Burgers are 100% local from the ranch Cañada de la Virgen (San Miguel de Allende), organic grass-fed and grass-finished pasture raised beef. Dry aged 1 month. Hormone, antibiotic and gluten free. Birdie's beef burgers are prepared from the chef's blend of specific cuts hand formed and are served on a soft homemade toasted bun baked daily.
