Birdie's Burgers are 100% local from the ranch Cañada de la Virgen (San Miguel de Allende), organic grass-fed and grass-finished pasture raised beef.  Dry aged 1 month.  Hormone, antibiotic and gluten free.  Birdie's beef burgers are prepared from the chef's blend of specific cuts hand formed and are served on a soft homemade toasted bun baked daily.
